I and the rest are finally back home in the U.S. I am still suffering from jet lag a bit, but I’m finally getting some rest and getting back to normal.

I just wanted to email you to tell you THANK YOU for the wonderful service you provided for my family and for my entire group. I can honestly say if it weren’t for you and your company Soler Bus, my group vacation and cruise would have not gone as smoothly as it did. From the time we first communicated a few months ago, I knew our travels were in good hands with you. But it was definitely proven when, upon arrival to the airport, you patiently waited for my mother, sisters, nephew, niece and me for 2 hours as we searched for our mother and our luggage!

The tour was amazing, as well, thanks to you. Bruno was great and thorough, and took great care of my mother’s special needs while also making sure the other 36 had a wonderful tour experience in Barcelona. I am definitely grateful you recommended the English Speaking guide….I’m not sure how we would have done the tour without him!

I’m so thankful that you were always there for us. A couple of times I contacted you within 24 hours for a pick up and transport. Not once did you let me down!! And several in the group stated how professional and wonderful you were in picking them up as well. I’m so grateful and humbled by your stellar service.

Please know that should my travels find me back in Barcelona (and one day I hope that they will!), I will be contacting you again. In fact, my hope is that I will be able to send you some business for my clients that want to experience Barcelona in the future.
